The evening held on 20 May 2026 marked the official launch of The Fleur Rossdale Foundation and the Direct Climate Cooling Initiative (DCCI) School Awards & Educational Programme at Château d’Argenteuil at the École Européenne de Bruxelles-Argenteuil in Belgium.
The event brought together guests from education, ecology, law, finance, philanthropy, the arts and sustainability to explore how storytelling, creativity, systems thinking and environmental education can help inspire a new generation to care for nature and one another.
Highlights included presentations connected to the Woodland Sprite Series by Fleur Rossdale, screenings from schools in Kenya and the UK, the DCCI Drama, Reading and Art Awards, and conversations around future educational partnerships linked to forests, oceans, soil regeneration and climate resilience.
The atmosphere was deeply collaborative and hopeful — exactly the kind of cross-sector dialogue the Foundation hopes to continue developing internationally…
